Project Highlights
- London Borough of Newham - Romford Road Corridor:
Brought in to rescue a £23m LUF-funded corridor project at risk of delay. Reorganised delivery teams, secured TfL design and modelling approvals, completed public consultation, and produced full cost, funding, and programme strategy to bring the scheme back on track for implementation. - ITS Global / British Standards Institute HQ:
In partnership with ITS Global, ANZTECH led the planning and redesign of BSI’s Hemel Hempstead campus car park and sustainable transport upgrade which included new full planning approvals and the introduction of new EV infrastructure, SuDS, cycle hubs and active travel measures. - London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham - Clean Air Neighbourhoods :
Managed the politically sensitive programme, overseeing design, consultation, and committee reporting for borough-wide LTN and air quality measures. - London Borough of Waltham Forest – Mini-Holland Programme:
Working extensively with TfL, borough and external designs teams delivered over £32m in cycling, bus priority, and public realm improvements including the Lea Bridge Road and Forest Road cycle corridors, Whipps Cross bus interchange, Blackhorse Lane Masterplan, Walthamstow gyratory removal and bus interchange, and numerous S106,278 developer schemes. - City of London Corporation:
Negotiated and delivered major S106,278 highway, security and public realm schemes for the City including developments such as Holborn Circus, Mansion House Gyratory, Goldman Sachs, Heron Tower, 5 Broadgate, and Cannon Street Station.
EVENTS MANAGEMENT
Since 2004 ANZTECH UK has worked with its event partners, Stadium Management and ITS Global on the safe delivery of national and international events by providing traffic, parking and crowd management planning for:
