Romford Road Corridor | London Borough of Newham: Recovery & Strategy Stepped in to rescue a £23m Levelling Up Fund (LUF) project at risk of significant delay. We reorganised delivery teams, secured critical TfL design and modelling approvals, and managed the public consultation process. By producing a comprehensive cost and funding strategy, we brought the scheme back on track for successful implementation.

BSI Headquarters | Hemel Hempstead: Sustainable Infrastructure & Planning In partnership with ITS Global, we led the redesign of the British Standards Institute (BSI) campus. This involved securing new planning approvals and integrating modern sustainable infrastructure, including EV charging networks, SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems), and dedicated active travel hubs.

Clean Air Neighbourhoods | LB Hammersmith & Fulham: Programme Management & Governance Managed a politically sensitive programme of borough-wide Low Traffic Neighborhoods (LTNs) and air quality measures. Our role focused on overseeing complex designs, managing public consultations, and delivering clear, evidence-based reporting for committee approvals.

Mini-Holland Programme | LB Waltham Forest: Large-Scale Urban Transformation Collaborating with TfL and multidisciplinary design teams, we delivered over £32m in cycling and public realm improvements. Key projects included the Lea Bridge Road cycle corridor, the Whipps Cross bus interchange, and the removal of the Walthamstow gyratory.

Major Developments | City of London Corporation: S106 & S278 Delivery Negotiated and delivered major highway, security, and public realm schemes within the City’s unique constraints. High-profile projects include Holborn Circus, the Mansion House gyratory, and site-specific infrastructure for Goldman Sachs, Heron Tower, and Cannon Street Station.
